Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an Associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience to join the Bankruptcy & Business Reorganization Practice Group in our New York office. Am Law Top 100 Law Firm experience in bankruptcy and restructuring required. Law clerking experience for a bankruptcy judge in a U.S. Bankruptcy Court or other federal court clerkship is highly recommended. In addition to having strong legal writing, oral communication, and litigation skills, our ideal candidate will have experience representing trustees, fiduciaries, debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, and indenture trustees in chapters 7 and 11, and out-of-court restructurings.
