Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an attorney with at least ten years of experience to join the Business Law Department in our Washington, DC office as a special counsel supporting the FDA practice of our Government Solutions Practice Group. Qualified candidate must have significant experience representing food and beverage industry clients on product safety compliance, new product development, and recall and crisis management matters; advising biotech companies on USDA, FDA and global compliance obligations for food and non-food products; and advising global companies on U.S. market access for various agricultural commodities.
