Entry-Level Transactions Associate / Chicago Office (2022)

Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an entry-level associate/law graduate (class of 2022) to join the Business Law Department, Transactions Practice Group in our Chicago office in the Fall of 2022. Foley’s Transactions Practice Group is integrated nationally and principally handles M&A and securities matters for publicly and privately held middle market/upper middle market companies, private equity funds, family offices and others. As a result, this position will involve working with Foley lawyers and transactions based in Chicago, as well as various other Foley offices.
