Litigation Staff Attorney - Tampa
Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an attorney with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience to join the Litigation Department in our Tampa office as a staff attorney. This is a full time, non-partner track position supporting our Construction Practice Group. Our ideal candidate will have very strong legal research and writing skills and will have conducted discovery, drafted motions, argued one or more motions in court, have some deposition experience, and assisted in trial preparation in both state and federal courts. Experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance claims, construction and design defect claims, and related matters is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills required, as this position involves managing a significant volume of matters.
