Foley Gardere is seeking an associate with a minimum of 3-4 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience to join the Bankruptcy & Business Reorganization Practice Group in our Dallas office. Am-Law Top-100 Law-Firm experience in bankruptcy and restructuring preferred. Law-clerk experience for a bankruptcy judge in a U.S. Bankruptcy Court or other federal-court clerkship is highly recommended. Senior Health Care Attorney - Washington, DC

Foley & Lardner LLP’s nationally recognized and highly respected health care practice is hoping to expand its DC presence with additional hires at a senior level who have fraud, abuse, and compliance expertise. We are looking for lateral candidates with 10 or more years’ experience with fraud and abuse cases, including current or past employment with the HHS Office of Inspector General (OIG). Our new hires will work with approximately 50 core members located across the country.
